Elite Cake Creations

Over the last few weeks, I have been working with Beatriz & Mike from Elite Cake Creations in Pembroke Pines, where I have had the honor of photographing the cakes once they are complete. I have to tell you that I never knew 1. how much work was involved and 2. what an art it is to decorate a cake. Anyway here is a sample of what we have done so far.
